<p>In ten minutes of a high intensity workout suppose you burn 160 calories. Of those , 40% are fat , so your ten minutes has burned 64 calories.</p>
<p>Burning 14 more calories in half the time could mean in the same 20 minutes you burn 28 more calories and so on</p>
