This month we teamed up with Tallai General Store to distribute some flyers for the benefit of people that may be new to the area.
As chance would have it, the company that distributes the leaflets were also distributing flyers for two national gym chains. One woudl think that they could use a bit of common senss and advise the three competitors of their dilemma.
Who cares about customer service? Certainly not a Mudgeeraba business owner that’s no longer in business, and didn’t listen to his customers

Mary phoned us at the gym saying that she wanted to get back into training. Mary used to come to our gym, but then joined Fenix as several of her friends joined and they were all going to go together and motivate each other etc etc
To everyone’s surprise, that didn’t end up happening and she had joined for 12 months (to end beginning June)

We used to go to Rick’s cafe aka as My Dish – until he sold it. After that, the business went down hill
IMHO the best coffee shop in Mudgeeraba has to be that one that’s tucked away in a little retail complex that most people just drive past and often don’t even notice
On the Corner of Swan Lane and Railway street, just to the north east of Mudgeeraba’s “village green”, you’ll find Cafe Cino
Rory has a reputation for souring fresh ingredients and a delightful range of cakes and pastries.
Cafe Cino is just across from the main shops, Mudgeeraba Markets Shopping Centre, on the corner of Swan Lane and Railway Streets in Mudgeeraba
We find their coffee shop/ cafe very handy, serving a selction of breakfasts, lunches and morning /afternoon teas

Project that forward and look at people who are five, ten, or fifteen years older than you. Do you want to be like them? If you do, then why not ask them what they’ve been doing to get to where they are now.

Your level of fitness will not change overnight. It takes time, and effort.
