Our Boot Camp classes combine all of the expertise of Personal Training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you.
There isn’t a sergeant major yelling at you to run over obstacles, more like group activities such as running, strength work and conditioning. Each class is different! Turn up to see what’s in store today!!
Sessions held rain hail or shine Monday Wednesday and Friday 6am plus Tuesday 5.30pm Note the new time of 6 am! Don’t be late.
