Swim4Kids was founded in 2007, with the idea of swimming from the Gold Coast to Breakfast Creek Hotel in Brisbane.

“Norm and the guys at Focus Fitness were one of the first local businesses to help out and the amount of time and dedication from the beginning that was put in was truly remarkable, ” writes Stuart Jeffries, founder of Swim4Kids

Norm’s been rubbing shoulders with some well-known faces, including former olympic swimmer Geoff Heugill .

Swimmers were offered bootcamp sessions at Focus Fitness for two months prior to the swim. Norm’s motivation was due to his commitment to the young patients at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

“His sense of dedication to a swim that may or may not have worked can never be repaid.

Swim4Kids has now gone on to raise over $225,000 in three years and looking to grow even bigger. All thanks to people like Norm and the team at Focus Fitness and Massage Studio Gym at Mudgeeraba”
