Mudgeeraba Community Getting Fit

“Focus Fitness” has been actively promoting the facilities at Firth Park through sponsorship programs of Netball, Rugby League, and Baseball community involvement at Firth Park Facilities.

The Mudgeeraba Chamber of Commerce has organised a Street Party to celebrate being this year’s winner of Queensland’s friendliest town.

Norm Cavanagh is an active member of the Mudgeeraba Chamber of Commerce, and networks with many members of the local business, sporting, and indigenous communities.

He’s been passionate about sport and has been involved in personal training and physical fitness all his adult life, giving him a solid foundation on which to build a Personal Training Studio and Gym facility for the Mudgeeraba Community.

Norm’s put together some special deals that you can take up just for the day in celebrating as part of the Street Party.
