We had an extremely successful and productive trip to Grantham last Sunday
Paul, Linda and their team were totally overwhelmed by the response and amazed at how much the Focus Fitness crew achieved in one day
Gary, the guy that works with Paul on his farm said that the work done on Sunday would have taken them well over a month to complete – and has not only helped in getting the farm back in production, but was a massive boost to their morale.
The youngest member of Sunday’s Focus Fitness clean-up crew is still at school and the oldest couple have been around many years
There’s still much work to be done, and so if you are one of the many people that wanted to join us last Sunday but had other commitments, send us an email and let us know if you’re interested in going on the next trip, which may well be next weekend
To give you an idea of what to expect, watch this video

There’s a group of keen ladies that enjoy the 5.45am Boot Camps each morning at Focus Fitness and Massage Studio Gym, down at Firth Park in Mudgeeraba
On a wet day, such as this morning, we move inside and do some circuit classes to kick start your day, and blow the cobwebs away
It’s designed for people at all levels of fitness – you are not in competition, so you can take each exercise at your own pace, and even miss out some exercises if it’s all moving too quickly for you
Everywhere people are going crazy with Zumba dancing – It’s a great way to get fit, and have some fun
There should be some boundaries, however. Dancing in the window of a shop in Robina Town centre maybe fine for exhibitionists, but not for us
Many folks drive past Mudgeeraba’s Best Gym, Firth Park, Gold Coast, every day without realising what a fantastic venue it really is.
If you live in Somerset Park, or Clover Hill, or take your children to school along Somerset Drive, in Mudgeeraba, then you’ll have seen the Firth Park Sports complex.
Here’s a sneak peak of what you’ve been missing out on at Mudgeeraba’s Best Gym, Firth Park, Gold Coast
Have you ever wondered what happens at Mudgeeraba farmers markets? They are held every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, at the Mudgeeraba showgrounds, corner of Mudgeeraba and Worongary Roads, in Tallai (Mudgeeraba) on Australia’s Gold Coast
There’s heaps of fresh (seasonal) fruit and vegetables, as well as jams, pastas, fish and fresh meat. Get there early for the best pick of the crops.
You can get breakfast while you are there, with freshly brewed coffee, and all the usual favorites like bacon and egg rolls etc
