The biggest challenge that people have with exercise is self – discipline.

Let’s face it, do you really want to go to the local gym? Full of thumping loud music and sweaty bodies in tight-fitting leotards, showing off muscular bodies?

At Focus Fitness and Massage Studio Gym, Firth Park, Mudgeeraba. it’s a little different.

People of all ages and sizes and levels of fitness attend our gym. It’s a family affair. It’s owned and operated by Norm Cavanagh, a man of integrity and with a warm heart.

You’ll find him helping out clients, at his premises in the sporting complex at Firth Park, in Mudgeeraba.

You’ve heard your friends say: I’ll go to the gym when I get a “Roun-Tuit”?

Whether he’s doing personal training, or running a boot camp, Norm understands the benefit of exercise and activity. He’s seen the results from overweight and unfit clients attending his gym.

Because, let’s face it, being active helps you stay healthy. There’s only a few people that really want to go to the gym for the sake of attending a local gym in the Robina – Mudgeeraba, Worongary area

There’s many other ways of being active, such as walking, running, dancing, surfing, going to the gym, playing a team sport or swimming.

Everyone is waiting for a “Roun Tuit” - Have you noticed that? You’ve heard your friends say, “I’ll go to the gym when I get a Roun-Tuit”

For those who are not in the know, a “Roun Tuit” is a very valuable and precious asset. It’s a rare commodity. It’s like “Common Sense”, which doesn’t seem to be that common any more.

Many people think about getting fit - they drive past the gym at the Firth Park Sporting Complex on Somerset Drive in Mudgeeraba, and ponder about the day they will start their exercise program
